Description
12 Campbell Street in Banff is a late 19th-century house featuring a single storey and an attic, with a three-bay design. The building is constructed from mixed squared rubble with concrete dressings and includes long and short detailing. It has a central entrance and canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays. The windows consist of plate glass and 4-pane timber sash and case glazing. The house is topped with a slate roof and has coped concrete end stacks.
