Description

30 Seatown in Cullen is a late 19th-century house that is single storey with an attic and features a wide three-bay design. Originally two separate dwellings, the building is constructed of painted rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. The central entrance is corniced and has paired panelled doors, with one door fixed in place. The outer bays contain bipartite windows, and the ground floor openings have chamfered arrises. The roof has three gabled dormers that break the wallhead, and the windows feature 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
