Description

27 Seatown in Cullen is a pair of two-bay houses built in the late 19th century. They are single storey with an attic and feature paired central entrances. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted dressings that include long and short detailing. The houses have panelled doors and canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, along with 2-pane and 4-pane glazing. The roofs have coped end stacks and are covered with slate, featuring a decorative tiled ridge and decorative cast-iron finials at the tops of the dormers.
