Description

This building at 4 Campbell Street in Banff is a late 19th-century, single-storey house with an attic and three bays. It is constructed from mixed squared rubble with contrasting painted courses and features concrete dressings. The entrance is centrally located, and the design includes long and short detailing, as well as canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays. The windows have modern plate glass glazing. The house has coped concrete end stacks and a slate roof.
