Description

Circa 1830. 2-storey, 5-bay house and shop with rear wing. Tooled square granite frontage, rubble return gable, painted reveals. Alternate shop window-door-window-door-window in ground floor (formerly 2 dwellings). Panelled doors with letterbox fanlights, 3 regularly spaced 1st floor windows; 2 later l9th century canted, slate-hung dormers. 12-pane glazing in 1st floor fenestration, varied elsewhere, in timber sash and case windows. Coped end stacks; slate roof.

Cast-iron rooflight.
