Description

The building is an early 19th-century bakery located on Carmen Street in Great Chesterford. It is a two-storey structure with a timber frame and plastered exterior. The front features two windows, each with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is a small shop front from the early 19th century, which includes a six-panel door, pilasters, and a cornice. Additionally, there is a central six-panel door with pilasters and a cornice. The roof is covered with slate. A small single-storey extension with a 19th-century shop front extends to the southeast.
