Description

Early 18th century. 2-storey, irregular 3-bay house incorporating

pend arch to courtyard and linked to Nos 2 and 4 Waterpath. Harled, painted ashlar margins. Doorway in S elevation facing onto courtyard; raised and fielded panelled door. Depressed-arch keystoned pend entrance with blocked imposts frames street front of pend to inner courtyard. 3 1st floor windows in street (N) elevation. 6-, 9- and 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows.

Substantial harled ridge stack; slate roof.
