Description
39 High Street in Banff is an early to mid 18th century, two-storey building featuring three bays. It has a segmental-headed pend arch that includes one ground floor bay next to a two-bay gable end facing the street. The exterior is harled with painted ashlar margins. The building has a doorway with a flanking window, three first floor windows, and one lighting room above the pend arch. The windows are made of timber sash and case with plate glass glazing. The roof is slate with flat skews that have run-off skewputts, and there is a margined, corniced apex stack.
