Description

3 George Street in Banff is a late 18th century, two-storey house with an attic and four bays. It features a pend entrance on the left side. The exterior is made of dry dashed rubble with painted tooled ashlar margins. The doorway is flanked by windows, and there is a segmental headed pend arch to the left. On the first floor, there are four regular windows, along with two late 19th century canted wallhead dormers. The windows are fitted with four-pane timber sash and case glazing. The house has no chimney stacks and is topped with a slate roof.
