Description

69 High Street in Fochabers is a late 18th-century, two-storey, three-bay house that has undergone alterations at the ground floor. There is an additional bay on the west (right) side, featuring a segmental-headed pend entrance. The building is constructed of heavily pointed rubble with contrasting painted ashlar margins. To the right of the off-centre entrance, there is an additional door that has been converted from a former side entrance into a window, which mainly features two-pane glazing. The house has renewed ridge and end stacks and is topped with a slate roof.
