Description

This building at 58 High Street in Fochabers dates from around 1800 and is a two-storey, four-bay house that was originally two separate two-bay dwellings. It is constructed from mixed random rubble with contrasting painted ashlar margins. The entrance is off-centre, and a former entrance has been blocked and converted into a window. The windows feature both two-pane and four-pane glazing. The building has renewed coped end stacks and a slate roof.
