Description

12 and 13 Castle Street in Aberdeen is an early 19th-century, three-storey and attic, three-bay Classical tenement that includes commercial premises on the ground floor. The ground floor features an off-centre entrance flanked by plate glass windows, along with a wider opening to the left that has a timber panelled door. The building is constructed of grey granite ashlar, with rubble at the rear. It has a pair of canted piended dormers.

The windows are predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case, with plate glass on the ground floor. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are tall red brick gable stacks.
