Description
12 and 14 King Street in Aberdeen is a three-storey and attic Classical tenement building, possibly designed by John Smith in 1810. It features three bays and is constructed from grey granite ashlar. The building has cill courses and an eaves cornice, along with a pair of piended dormers.
The upper storeys predominantly have 12-pane timber sash and case windows, while the ground floor has non-traditional shop fronts with plate glass. The building is topped with coped ridge stacks.
