Description
46 and 47 Regent Quay is a later 18th century, three-storey and attic building that serves both commercial and residential purposes. It is constructed from grey granite ashlar featuring raised margins and a moulded eaves cornice. To the left, there is a semi-elliptical archway leading to No 45 (Scott's Court), with a door immediately to the right. The far right side has a later shop frontage that includes fixed-pane windows and a central door. The mansarded attic features a three-light dormer.
The building has 12-pane timber sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, brick stacks at the gable ends, and clay cans. It also includes cast-iron rainwater goods.
