Glenliver Bar, 44-45 Regent Quay, Aberdeen

Glenliver Bar is a later 18th century, three-storey and attic, three-bay Classical building located at 44-45 Regent Quay in Aberdeen. This structure serves both commercial and residential purposes. It features elegant balustraded cills, moulded margins, and cornicing at the first-floor openings. The building is constructed from grey granite ashlar with raised margins on the second floor. The ground floor has a later public house frontage, showcasing polished ashlar verticals and stall risers, a fixed-pane glazing pattern, and a door positioned to the far left. The attic includes a later three-light mansarded dormer.

The windows are 12-pane timber sash and case, and the roof is covered with grey slate. There are brick gable end stacks and clay cans, along with cast-iron rainwater goods.
