Terrace of four two storey/ two bay houses on E side of Thomas Street, all now much altered and retaining few original features. All are under a common pitched roof (various coverings) with advanced eaves courses. All have modern box dormers. Each house has rendered walls, some dashed and some smooth, all painted. All front doors are at ground floor right with single windows at left (most enlarged) and two windows to first floor. All windows and doors are modern. Left gable is abutted by the former technical school (HB16/11/039). Right gable is dashed and painted. Rear elevations not inspected.
