Description

Two and a half storey/ two bay house, the fifth from left in a terrace on NW side of Great George’s Street. Pitched natural slate roof with advanced eaves course supporting half-round plastic gutters. Red brick corbelled chimney to left (on party wall with HB16/11/034D). Two wall-head dormers to front pitch, each with a pitched roof and plain timber bargeboards. Principal elevation faces SE to street. Walls are rendered and painted. Entrance is set to ground floor left in a semicircular headed opening. Door is a modern four panelled (raised and fielded) with plain fanlight over (no glazing bars) with gold lettering reading ‘Lisheen’. On ground floor right bay is an opening with top hung uPVC casement window and painted cill. All windows are as this unless otherwise stated. First floor has a window to each bay - that to left (over entrance) is narrower than that to right. Each dormer has a shallow segmental-headed window, as the others but diminished in height. Small area to front of house is enclosed by a rendered and painted wall. Left gable is completely abutted by adjoining building (HB16/11/034D). Rear elevation was not inspected. Right gable is completely abutted by adjoining building (HB16/11/034F).
