Description

Right one of a pair of small two storey/ two bay houses set in a longer terrace. Pitched natural slate roof with shared chimney at left. Modern rainwater goods with common down pipe. Walls are pebbledashed with thin cement rendered margin to right corner. Modern glazed front door at ground floor right has a plain transom over. There are three windows - one at ground floor left and two smaller ones to first floor (all enlarged original openings). All are modern side hung casements with top-hung transoms and thin concrete cills. Small area to front enclosed by modern wrought iron railings on a dwarf wall. Right gable is finished as front elevation. Gable has stepped crenellations rising to a broad plinth supporting a reclining lion staring across to his match on gable of no.12 (HB16/11/013L). This elevation has two windows, one to each floor, detailed as the others. Rendered dwarf wall to front area carries plain spiked railings and gates. Left gable forms party wall with adjacent house Rear elevation not inspected.
