Description

Much altered two and half storey/ two bay house, being the second from right in a terrace of four once-identical mid 19thC houses at W end of Havelock Place. Pitched natural slate roof. Cement rendered chimney to left end. Front pitch has two canted wall head dormers with canted roofs and modern windows. Modern cement rendered walls with stepped quoins to either end. Front door to ground floor right is modern with semicircular fanlight over, with raised stucco keystone above. Fanlight retains its original radial spider’s web leaded glazing bars. One window to its left and two windows to first floor. All windows are 1/1 sliding sashes and have modern rendered architraves. Modern rendered dwarf wall with balustrade encloses small front area. Left gable is party wall with adjacent house. Rear elevation not inspected. Right gable is party wall with adjacent house.
