10 Havelock Place, Warrenpoint, Newry, Co Down, BT34 3NE

10 Havelock Place is a two-storey house located in Warrenpoint, County Down. The property is one of a pair of similar houses, both significantly altered, and set back from a longer terrace. It is three openings wide and was constructed between 1840 and 1859.

The roof is pitched and covered with artificial slate, featuring a tall chimney rendered in cement on the party wall between the second and third openings, and a second at the right on the rear pitch. Modern rainwater goods are present. The walls are painted with a wet-dash finish. The front door, located on the central bay to the left, is a modern panelled door. Above the door is a window, and one window is situated on each floor in the other two bays; these are all modern fixed lights with top-hung transoms and deep cills. A small, enclosed front area is defined by a dwarf wall that has been raised and rendered. The left and right gables form party walls with adjacent buildings. The rear elevation has not been inspected.

According to the 1835 Valuation, a house on this site measured 30 feet 6 inches in length by 17 feet in width, with a height of 8 feet. By 1863, it had become two storeys high. It is uncertain whether the original house was raised or a new one built, but the present house is considered to be of mid-19th century date. The 1863 Valuation book described the house as being "set furnished for summer months".
