This is an early 20th-century farmhouse, built between 1900 and 1919, located on Oldtown Lane, Annalong, County Down. The house is a symmetrical, two-story, three-bay structure facing southeast. It has a gabled roof covered with natural slates, finished with terracotta tiles. Two chimneys, constructed from punched dressed granite blocks with brick copping, stand at each gable. The walls are likely either granite with brick dressings or entirely brick, as the brick is visible at the eaves and window reveals. A barge boarded and gabled porch sits centrally, featuring a sheeted tongue-and-groove door with a transom light above. The date "1914" is incised in cement within the gable of the porch. Sliding sash windows, with a 3/3 configuration and larger central panes, are positioned in each bay on both the ground and first floors. The farmhouse is currently in private ownership and was noted as derelict at the time of recording.
