Description

Set of seven traditional gates in a much altered farm complex. A) Wrought iron carriage gates with dog finialled bars to lower level, wrought finial ‘spear heads’ to top stone capped piers. B) Wrought iron pedestrian gate (similar to the above) capped stone piers. C) Flat iron field gate alternate vertical members join into ‘arch’ motif, horizontal members, closer at ground level to prevent animal/livestock escape. D) Same as above with pedestrian gate in similar style. E) Same as ‘C’. F) Flat iron pedestrian gate, vertical dog bars to lower level, interlocking semi circles in upper half create two flower motifs. G) Similar to ‘C’.
