A two-storey/ two-bay farmhouse. It has a gabled slated roof with a redbrick chimney at each gable. Walls are roughly dressed granite rubble laid in regular courses with some snecking. There is a projecting central porch with slated gabled roof and recessed apex. The front door (now off hinges) is sheeted with vertical t+g boards and leads into the kitchen unit at right. There are two rectangular windows to ground floor (one to each bay) and two square windows in line at first floor level. All are 2/2 sliding sash, with dressed granite cills. There is a one-storey slated rubble outhouse abutting the right gable. There is one small casement window on the rear wall of the kitchen, but otherwise the walls are blank.
