Store, Adjacent to 254 Glassdrumman Rd, Annalong, Newry, Co Down, BT34 2NQ

This is a two-storey, two-bay farmhouse, likely constructed between 1780 and 1799. It is situated adjacent to 254 Glassdrumman Road, Annalong, Newry, County Down, and is currently used as a store. The building exhibits vernacular architectural characteristics and is largely complete.

The farmhouse has a gabled slate roof with redbrick chimneys at each gable. The walls are built from roughly dressed granite rubble laid in regular courses, incorporating snecking. A projecting, centrally positioned porch features a gabled slate roof and a recessed apex. The original front door, now detached from its hinges, is clad with vertically tongue-and-groove boards and leads into the kitchen area on the right-hand side of the building. Ground floor windows consist of two rectangular 2/2 sliding sash windows, one in each bay. Matching square 2/2 sliding sash windows are positioned in line at first floor level. All windows have dressed granite cills. Attached to the right gable is a one-storey slated rubble outhouse. A single small casement window is visible on the rear wall of the kitchen, with the remaining walls being blank.
