This is a single-storey, three-bay house, likely originating as a central kitchen unit to which rooms were later added. It probably dates to the mid-19th century, appearing on the 1859 Ordnance Survey map but not the 1834 map. Although construction is recorded as being between 1940 and 1959, the dwelling's origin is earlier.

The house sits along a lane perpendicular to Oldtown Road and faces southeast. It has a gabled roof covered in slates, with some areas cemented. Three stone chimneys are present: one to the left gable and one on each party wall, topped with pyramidal caps. The walls are harled and whitewashed, likely built of stone. A gabled porch with slated roof, barge board, and finial is located in the central kitchen bay. All windows are modern top-hung timber replacements.

The building is situated in the townland of Moneydorragh More Upper. It is currently in private ownership, and was noted as derelict at the time of recording. Replacement building consent has been granted, and the structure is due for demolition.
