A single-storey/ two-bay dwelling, with a slightly lower single-storey/ three-bay outhouse to right gable, all facing to east. Roof of house is gabled with cement coped natural slates. Cement rendered chimney between first and second bay. Walls are of rendered and whitewashed random granite rubble. Front elevation has a sheeted and glazed door at right end of second bay, to left of which is a 3/3 sash window. Modern top-hung window to first bay. Left gable plain. Rear elevation has a single-storey flat roofed outshot to right, but is otherwise plain. Lower outhouse abuts right gable. Outhouse has similar construction to house. Asbestos tiled roof with central chimney. On main elevation is a modern top hung window to first bay, with t & g boarded door to second bay. Remainder of walls plain.
