Derelict single storey / two bay vernacular house in Greenan Wood, on W side of Greenan Road. Pitched natural slate roof, now mostly gone. Walls are whitewashed rubble stone with advanced eaves. Front elevation faces E. To centre is a slightly advanced gabled porch (door gone) with remains of a timber bargeboard to gable over. To left and right are single window openings. Left and rear elevations are blank. Right gable is abutted by a lower derelict outbuilding. To front is a pair of cylindrical rubble stone gate piers carrying a pair wrought iron gates.
