Ardmillan House, located at 80 Ardmillan Road and 8 The Oyster Yard, is a two-to-three-storey building of an irregular plan, situated in the townland of Ballymartin, near Killinchy, County Down. Evidence suggests a portion of the building's construction dates back to the period between 1820 and 1839, but it underwent extensive refurbishment, potentially a largely complete rebuild, in the early 2000s. The building now accommodates two separate dwellings. The building was recorded as derelict in the past. It is currently in private ownership.
