Site (on the S side of the Ballydorn Road c.2 miles NE of Killinchy) of former single storey thatched cottage, now demolished. The site of the house is surrounded by many outbuildings some of which appear to still in use. First Survey Record: Single storey cottage. Roof thatched, gable ends with former single storey extension on right hand gable. Chimneys brick. Walls rendered on stone rubble and white washed. West front has three single and one 2-light double hung windows. All have coved angles to top sash. Single windows have no astragals. 2-light windows have square panes. Doorway between windows 3 and 4, has margined paned fanlight and glazed and panelled door. Condition poorish. Front about 60 feet. Front enclosed garden and adjacent farm buildings.
