Description
The Taylor Monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, 7 metres east of the chancel of the Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul. It dates from the 18th century and is made of Ham stone. The tomb features a moulded base and fielded-panelled pilasters on the flanks, with one fielded panel on each flank and end. It has a moulded hipped top and commemorates Elizabeth, the wife of Thomas Taylor, who died in 1756.
