House and former watermill. C18 and later. Local lias stone cut and squared Welsh slate roof with overhanging gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3-bays. 16-pane sash windows in plain openings with large stone lintols; central 6-panelled door with plain fanlight set into semi- circular arched recess; against east gable a lower link wing then a 2 storey, 2-bay building representing former mill; now with corrogated asbestos cement sheet monopitch roof and converted to house; C20 door to lower-bay 1 and french doors with wrot iron balcony above; casement windows-bay 2, and to right a segmental arched recess for waterwheel; axle for wheel and sluice still in position. Interior not seen.
