Coach house, now doctors' surgery. Circa 1800. Limestone rubble, freestone detail, mono-pitch modern pantile roof. Rectangular on plan, of high quality construction. Elevation to Lower Lane has blocked architrave door opening with triple keystone, irregular fenestration, most openings now blocked. 3 circular pitching eyes to first floor with late C20 glazing. Landscape value on Lower Lane.
