Description
Marjon is a house located in Lower Brixham, likely built in the early 18th century, with some minor alterations from the late 19th century. The front is made of squared and coursed stone rubble, featuring red-brick arches above the openings. It has a slated roof topped with crested red ridge-tiles and a large old stone rubble chimney on the left side of the rear wall, which is visible from Church Hill West. The house is two storeys tall with a garret and has three windows across the front, along with a central doorway that has a half-glazed door. The windows are segmental-arched and have plain box-framed sashes. There are also two dormers added in the late 20th century. To the left of the door, there is a reset Sun Insurance plaque numbered 425573. Pring's Court is noted for containing the best-preserved group of listed buildings in Lower Brixham.
