Description

A house, built in the early or mid-19th century and later subdivided, stands on the north side of Pring's Court in Lower Brixham. The building has rendered walls and a slate roof, rising to four storeys with a garret. Originally one window wide, it now features a late 20th-century plank door positioned to the right of the ground-floor window. The windows are six-paned sashes in slightly projecting frames, and are likely late 20th-century replacements. A boxed eaves cornice runs along the roofline. A late 20th-century dormer is also present. Late 20th-century doors providing access to numbers 6A and 6B are on a side wall to the left, accessed by a flight of steps. The rear wall, facing Church Hill West, has a single six-paned window set within a gable. The building is included on the list for its group value.
