Description
This is a mid-19th century house located in Lower Brixham. It has solid rendered walls and a slate roof with crested red ridge tiles, complemented by a rendered chimney on the right-hand front corner. The house is two storeys high with a garret. It is two windows wide, with a central, round-arched doorway topped by a semicircular hoodmould. The doorway has a six-panelled door with a brass knocker, the top two panels now glazed. Windows are two-paned sash windows within box frames, including those in the garret, which are set in small dormer gables. The front of the house is largely paved with small, worn local pebbles. Pring's Court is noted for containing the best-preserved group of listed buildings in Lower Brixham.
