Description

The Old Bull Inn Farmhouse is a former inn dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of local stone coursed rubble and features a double Roman clay tile roof with coped gables. The main block has stone end chimney stacks, while the extension has brick chimneys. The building is two storeys high and has four bays, with the first bay likely being a later addition. It has 2-light small pane casement windows from the 20th century, set under exposed timber lintels. There is a 20th-century door in the third bay, which is sheltered by a wooden and tiled porch. A vestigial bread oven is located on the southwest corner, and there is a part catslide roof on the extension's north elevation. The interior has not been seen recently, but a listing from 1975 mentions three large lintel fireplaces.
