House with shop. Late C18, enlarged late C19. Coursed limestone rubble with Ham Hill stone ashlar platband and large gabled attic. Slate roof with stepped stone coping to the left gable with brick stacks to both gable ends. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys with attic; 3-window range. Mid/late C19 double shopfront with pilasters and central doorway. Late C19 horned 2/2-pane sashes under flat gauged arches and plat band to first floor. Large late C19 gabled dormer with a 2/2-pane round-arched sash window with a keystone and moulded arch on imposts to the centre, flanked by 2/2-pane sashes, resembling a Venetian window. INTERIOR not inspected.
