House with shop. Early C19. Rough Ham Hill stone ashlar with a slate roof and brick stack to left gable end. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys with attic; 3-window range. Two late C19 gabled dormers have 2/2-pane sashes, with glazed cheeks and gable-infill. The first-floor has 6/6-pane sashes under flat gauged stone arches. The ground floor has a mid C20 butcher's shop front with carriage entry to left. INTERIOR not inspected.
