Cottage. Early - mid C19. Roughcast over random rubble, slate roof hipped on wing abutting No.1 Church Street (qv). L-shaped plan. 2 storeys, 1:1 bays; 2- and 3-light hollow chamfered stone mullioned windows with leaded casements, similar S-light canted bay ground floor right with moulded cornice and parapet, 3-light return on ground floor with 2- light above. Entrance to left, 4 x 4 panel door. Wrought iron decorative bracket, first floor right. Interior not viewed. Reputed to be a coffee house at one time. (Photograph in NMR).
