Small cottage in row. C17. Large panel timber-framing with unpainted brick nogging, tile roof. 2 storeys and attic, 1-windowed. 2-light gabled dormer above 4-light casement at first floor. Plank door to left. INTERIOR has at ground floor heavy chamfered beams to stepped run-out stops, to right a rebuilt deep bressumer fireplace. At first floor a door has been cut through a tie-beam. Heavy purlins to roof. The property runs underneath No.63, Church Street (qv) at ground floor, and over No.2, Old Baptist Chapel Court (qv) in its upper floors.
