Description

No. 3 Chillington Street is a cottage dating from the 17th century with later alterations. It features a timber frame, which has been partly rebuilt in brick, and has a thatched roof that sweeps over an attic dormer. The cottage has brick end stacks and consists of two framed bays. It is one storey high with an attic and has two windows that are two-light casements. To the left, there is a boarded door with a simple porch. Additionally, there is a single-storey extension at the far left.
