Description

No. 73 is a cottage located in Fifield, dating from the 17th century. It features a timber frame with flint, brick, and clunch gables, while the facade is made of 19th-century brick. The cottage is single storey with an attic and consists of two bays. The framing at the rear has three panels high with corner braces. There is a boarded door located laterally to the right bay, and timber casement windows with segmental heads. On each side of the roof, there are two small flush dormers, and a gable stack is present. The thatch extends down over a single storey outbuilding to the right.
