13/366 Outbuilding about 5 metres north of Walters Farmhouse -

Outbuilding, possibly once a small mill. Probably C18. Ham stone coursed rubble; double Roman clay tile roof with plain gables. 'L' plan, 2 storeys. West, street elevation, has gable to left, with two mezzanine level boarded doors and two upper casement windows; to right in return wing a small loft door under eaves: south gable end has a wide boarded door at ground level. On the north side of building a well or spring and a lean-to extension with small barred window in west end overlooking this water source. Interior not seen.
