Detached farmhouse. Late C17 origins, but reshaped early C20. Ham stone ashlar and coursed rubble; triple-roll clay tiled roof with plain gables; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 5 bays. Above, 3-light horizontal bar casements, and below 2-light windows to match, all under timber lintols, except to lower bay 1, which has a 4-light square bay window with plain and scallop-tiled lean-to roof; to bay 2 a late C19 door in recess with plain beaded surround. In rear wall at least one mullioned window, and attached to south gable a lower single-bay unit with a 3-light hollow- chamfer mullioned window having unworked top mitres and square label, and above an old pattern 3-light casement window. Against north gable a single-storey building with C18 door to rear, with part brick north gable, and loading ramp to this gable. Interior not seen.
