Outbuilding, possibly former house. C17 or C18. Ham stone coursed rubble; double Roman clay tiled roof, plain gables. Two storeys, single-bay. Two 2-light simple casement windows to east elevation; south gable has later door and some timber cladding at higher level. Interior not accessible: included primarily for group value.
