Description

This outbuilding, located about 2 metres south of Winter's Farmhouse on Queen Street, is possibly a former house dating from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed of ham stone coursed rubble and features a double Roman clay tiled roof with plain gables. The building is two storeys high and has a single bay. On the east elevation, there are two 2-light simple casement windows. The south gable includes a later door and some timber cladding at a higher level. The interior is not accessible, and the building is primarily included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
