Description
This outbuilding, located east of Corridge Farmhouse, dates from the late 17th century and has undergone alterations in the 18th and 19th centuries. It is constructed from coursed squared stone with dressings and features a slate roof. The north elevation is one storey plus an attic and consists of three bays. The central bay contains a 16-pane Yorkshire sash window set in an earlier blocked door. The right bay has a similar window to the left of a vertical-panelled door, while the left bay features a boarded door with a part-slatted window on the left. All openings are framed in chamfered tooled-and-margined surrounds. The left return displays a 6-pane attic casement in a raised stone surround, and the rear elevation has three blocked chamfered windows.
