Description
The Ox Inn is an inn that was originally a private house, built in the early 19th century. It features squared tooled stone with tooled-and-margined dressings and raised quoins, topped with a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three symmetrical bays. The central entrance consists of a flush-panelled door with an overlight set in a chamfered surround. It has 16-pane sash windows that have slightly projecting sills. The roof is hipped, and there are stepped and corniced lateral stacks with triple shafts.
