Description
Nos 87 and 88 on King's Road are a pair of cottages dating from 1708, as indicated by an oval panel with the initials "S.E.B." and the date. The cottages are constructed from rubble and feature a triple-Roman tile roof, along with a brick and a concrete block chimney stack. They stand two storeys high and have four bays. The ground floor includes two and three-light moulded stone-mullioned windows, which have drips above them, and two door openings framed in freestone, each with a plank door.
