Description
Nos 141 and 142 are a pair of attached cottages dating from the late 17th century. They are constructed from rubble stone and feature a double Roman tiled roof with brick stacks. The cottages are two storeys high and have five windows. The doors are 20th-century insertions, and there are two chamfered doorcases on the front that are blocked. On the ground floor, there are two 3-light ovolo mullioned windows, while the first floor has 2-light mullioned windows that either have ovolo or hollow chamfered mullions. At the rear, there is a projecting wing that is also two storeys high and has a blocked 3-light mullioned window. The interior has not been inspected.
