Description
Newman Street Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of rubble with coped verges and features a double-Roman tiled roof and brick stacks. The building is low and long, consisting of two storeys and five bays. On the first floor, there are three 2-light moulded stone-mullioned windows, while the ground floor has two casements in freestone surrounds, as well as a 3-light and a 4-light stone-mullioned window, both with labels. Additionally, there is a sash window with glazing bars. The door opening is framed in freestone and features a plank door with a glazed light.
