Description

Wistaria Villa is an early 19th-century house featuring an ashlar stone front and a hipped slate roof with two ashlar chimneys. The building has a symmetrical facade, standing two stories tall with three bays. It includes 16-pane sash windows set in plain stone surrounds. The central entrance is framed by a semi-circular stone surround that highlights the imposts and keystone, leading to a four-panelled door topped by a fanlight with decorative glazing bars. There is a 20th-century gabled wooden porch with glazed side panels. To the left, there is a single-storey 20th-century glazed extension.
